ROBERT SGARLATA ASSOCIATES, INC (RSA) is a privately held 
company providing business consulting and advisory services with 
an emphasis in management, marketing and sales. Robert Sgarlata 
is Principal of RSA. He has been active in business management 
and retail and consumer products marketing for nearly 30 years. 
He is a versatile and personable, results-oriented businessman 
with comprehensive management, retail and marketing experience.
During his corporate career, Mr. Sgarlata was an officer of the
company and served as Vice President of Retail Marketing for
Walgreens, a $40 billion drug chain.  He was also Senior Vice
President of Marketing & Sales for Cleo Inc, the world's largest 
manufacturer of Christmas Gift Wrap.
